We have two options for making a purchase from Browning Archery.
LOCAL AUTHORIZED DEALER For the fastest and best customer service, visit you local authorized Browning Archery Dealer. Click the "Find A Dealer" link to find the dealer nearest you.
PURCHASE BROWNING ARCHERY PRODUCTS ONLINE Simply browse through our entire line of Browning Archery bows, Top Gun accessories, Vibrackeckk stabilizers and Carbon Force arrows. When you find an item you would like to purchase, simply click on the Shopaton "Add To Cart" button and when you are done shopping you can checkout. If you do not have a Shopatron account set up, you will need to add your contact and shipping information to create an account. Shopatron will take care of your order from there; finding a dealer in your area who has your selected product in stock and ready to ship. Receive emails as your order progress to completion.
My bow has a crack in the limb, is it under warranty?
If you are the original owner of your bow then more than likely your limbs are covered under warranty. There are occasions when equipment is no longer covered under our warranty. Please take your bow to your local authorized Browning Archery dealer and they will contact Browning Customer Service for warranty repair.
I did not get a users manual with my purchase, how do I obtain one?

Who is my local dealer?
To find their local dealer, search by zip code in status or on our website by State and City. We highly recommend they utilize our web for dealer searches, they know better what towns they are close to.
How do I measure draw length?
You should visit your local dealer to be properly measured. The measurement procedure consists of drawing a bow back properly and measuring the distance between the anchor point and nock point at full draw. It is very important that your bow fit your correctly. To ensure proper fit, be measured by your local archery shop.
Am I right or left handed?
The hand you use to right with is not always the same hand you use to shoot a bow with. It is important your bow fit you properly. Please be sure to visit your local dealer to have them test you for right or left handedness.
How many turns can I back my limb bolts out?
You can turn the limb bolt up to four complete turns from the bottom.
How do I check the status of my order?
If you placed an order directly with your local dealer, simply follow up with your local dealer. If you plance an order online using your Shopatron account, simply log in to your account for up to date emails giving you the progress of you order.
How do I check the status of my repair bow?
If your local authorized Browning Archery delaer has your bow or sent your bow to the facotry for warranty repair, please contact your Browning Archery dealer directly.
Does Browning Archery have parts available for my older bow or accessories?
As any manufacturer, we do not continue to produce parts and accessories for older items. Depending on how old your bow or accessories are, if the parts are no longer available; the technology of your bow or accessory is probably ready to be updated.
What is the warranty on my new bow?
Please refer to the warranty pamphlet that was sent with your bow. You can download this information in the Owner's Manual on the Product Support link.

Can I send you a photo of my latest trophy?
We would love to see your picture with you, your Browning Archery bow, and your trophy. No need to send it in to Browning Archery. You can post it online yourself. Simply click on the "Hunting Gallery" tab on the top menu and sign up to add your name and photo to the online Hunting Gallery. Your information will be reviewed and posted if accepted.
